Last week, we kicked off the Drama World Series, a three-week bracket smackdown between eight of your most beloved TV shows. We've tallied your votes and are one step closer to finding out which competitor will win an all-day marathon on KQED PLUS on Sunday, October 29, 2017.

Before we get to this week's matchups, let's take a moment to pour one out for our fallen heroes.

Poldark lost by less than one percentage point to Victoria. Putin strikes again?

Poor Anne of Green Gables didn't stand a chance against the Countess and everyone else at Downton Abbey, only managing 24% of the vote.

Sherlock's cheekbones and upturned collar proved to be cooler than Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries.

And, perhaps with a little help from above, Grantchester's sexy vicar managed to defeat Prime Suspect’s Helen Mirren.
