Jared Blumenfeld, the western regional administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency, is leaving his job in May. Blumenfeld says he’s accomplished most of his goals for the EPA and plans to spend the summer hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. We’ll talk to Blumenfeld about his achievements, and about criticism from some environmental groups that say he failed to crack down enough on polluters.
