Ingredients:
- 1 ½ ounces coconut milk
- 1 ½ Japanese Whiskey, Kikori
- 1 ½ ounces strongly brewed green tea, chilled
- 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk, or to taste
- Matcha powder for garnish
- Ground ginger for garnish

Instructions:
- Combine the coconut milk, whiskey, green tea and condensed milk in a blender. Add ice and blend.
- Pour into a chilled glass and sprinkle with matcha powder and ground ginger. Serve immediately.
