Jack White has announced ticket sales for two intimate shows in the Bay Area: On Oct. 3 at the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma, and Oct. 4 at the Great American Music Hall.

Jack White last played in the Bay Area two years ago at the 22,000-seat Shoreline Amphitheater. Tickets for the Phoenix Theater (capacity 720) and the Great American Music Hall (capacity 470) are bound to sell out immediately.

Here’s how to get tickets: go to this link and register with your phone number. You’ll get a confirmation text. Enter the code, and you’re set.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Oct. 1, at 1pm. Those registered will get a text ahead of the onsale with a link to buy tickets. (Be warned: thousands of other people will also be trying, and you might strike out.) If you get in, there’s a two-ticket limit per customer.

Jack White also has a special offer for students: a limited number of tickets will be available for $25, in person at the venues’ box offices, starting at Noon on Thursday, Oct. 3. Student ID must be presented, and the student must be registered through the link above. Student tickets are first-come first-served, with one ticket per student ID.

To prevent scalping, all tickets will be available at Will Call only, with a valid photo ID. After checking in at Will Call, ticketholders will get a wristband and be escorted into the venue.

Jack White’s Bay Area shows are part of a short, four-city tour, which also hits Portland and Seattle.
