Jesse Sposato is an essayist and freelance writer. She writes Urban Campers, a series for New York Magazine's Bedford + Bowery, and is working on a grief memoir. Her writing has appeared in DAME, Capital New York, BULLET, VICE, xoJane, Wilder Quarterly, Biographile, and the New York Press, among others. Additionally, she cofounded Sadie Magazine, an online counterculture publication, which she edited for six years.
