Who doesn't love a bit of decadence for the holidays? And this feast brings it. Inspired by a steakhouse, this menu takes it a notch above with roasted beef tenderloin bathed in mushroom-port sauce, earthy root vegetable mash, and velvety creamed chard. Tender, buttery pull-apart rolls are worth making your own, and bitter-sweet-salty endive, radicchio, pear, almond, and blue cheese salad makes a welcome appearance. Top it all off with lighter-than-air chocolate raspberry souffles (easier than you'd think) and you have a holiday meal that will leave your friends and family in awe (and likely very full and satisfied).
