Are you a plant killer or a plant aliver? (That’s a question you probably didn’t anticipate ever having to consider.) There are lots of health benefits to having plants around you– they can boost your mood, help you concentrate, and help with sleep.

Caleb hosts this nature-filled episode of The Field Trip Game, and leads our intrepid contestants, Adam and Lindsey, to Luludi Living Art in San Mateo, California to create some plant art.

Luludi Living Art is an art studio and design firm that specializes in connecting people to nature through art and design. They also offer online and in person workshops where you can learn how to create terrariums, moss walls, sand art, and so much more!
