In the 1960s singer and songwriter Judy Collins launched the career of Leonard Cohen by making a hit of the then-unknown poet’s “Suzanne.” Collins’ cover of “Both Sides Now” did the same for Joni Mitchell. During Collins’ long, fruitful career she has enjoyed rich collaborations and friendships with a wide variety of musicians. Those relationships are showcased in her new album of duets, “Strangers Again,” featuring Jackson Brown, Willie Nelson and others. Collins joins Forum to discuss her life in music and social activism.

Guests:

Judy Collins, singer-songwriter; most recent album is "Strangers Again"
