Oakland's Mayor-elect Libby Schaaf is already laying out her top priorities: safety, jobs and education. Schaaf never led in the polls, yet sailed to victory with over 60 percent of the vote, defeating 14 other candidates. She's an Oakland native, currently a first-term city councilwoman, and was an aide to former Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown, who endorsed her candidacy. Scott Shafer talks with Schaaf about the challenges and opportunities ahead for Oakland.
