Heavy rainfall is expected to continue throughout Thursday, with wind gusts as high as 71 mph being reported. Flash flood warnings are in effect for the entire Bay Area, except Solano County, until early afternoon. More than 150,000 PG&E customers have lost power since the storm began, nearly two-thirds of them in San Francisco. Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco and West Contra Costa school districts canceled classes Thursday. And many, many more people are getting very, very wet.
