Republican Congressman Doug LaMalfa Explains Why He's Backing the Texas-Led Suit to Overturn the Presidential Election

At this point, all 50 states have certified their election results, and Joe Biden has won the presidency.  But Texas is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to invalidate the ballots of millions of voters in four swing states. On Thursday, 106 House Republicans signed onto an amicus brief with the court. One of them, Congressman Doug LaMalfa who represents parts of California's North State. joined The California Report's Lily Jamali.
